A-Kung-Tien Reservoir water surface solar power station is located in A-Kung-Tien Reservoir, Yanchao District, Kaohsiung, Taiwan. This is Taiwan’s first reservoir water surface solar power station, and is expected to complete 5MW by the end of 2017. 2.3MW had been installed in the first stage this year.

This solar power station used the Three phase on-grid 20kW PV inverter provided by PrimeVOLT and floating PV panels. It will increase the annual power generation capacity by 6 million kilowatt. Calculated with 330 kilowatt per month of household electricity usage, this station will be able to meet the annual household electricity consumption for 1500 households; the first stage can meet the annual electricity usage for 700 households.

PrimeVOLT is the leading on-grid PV inverter manufacturer in the market to deliver the most profitable solution to customers.
